Dear Mr. Brooks, It is with great pleasure that we write this letter of recognition of Kevin Durkin. We have been tenants of Brooks Properties since 2012. Given our line of work, we have roles and skills in assessing individuals for job readiness, employment, parenting, preparedness for surgery etc. Being business owners, we have had and currently interview, hire and review job performance and professional behavior in others. There are few to none that surpass the professionalism of Mr. Durkin. We have been impressed and grateful for having him as a point of contact during our lease experience. He is approachable, responsive, knowledgeable, kind and courteous.

We are all blessed to have him here at Brooks Properties and he should, above all, know that he is valued and appreciated.

I wanted to let you know that the crew did an outstanding job this storm! They were on site frequently throughout the storm and there was never a time that there was an accessibility concern or issue. Now hopefully we are done with it for the year.

We are so appreciative of everything you and your team are doing to keep the project moving along. And the build out looks amazing so far!

I was on Keewaydin Drive this afternoon and noticed the beautiful plantings you’ve done on your properties there. And the new building looks great, too.

We appreciate you more than you know. Your help has enabled us to run programs over the years. You have helped us every year and I can’t thank you enough.

Just to let you know, the parking lot here looks GREAT. Beyond my expectations this morning in terms of snow plowing and space. I did not know what to expect, but did not expect so many cleared spots with plenty of room. Thank you to the snow plowers and snow shovelers for the pride they take in their work.

Wow, the property here looks so pretty! Between the red-leafed trees lining the front of the building and the colorful mums, it is a treat to see. I’ve been meaning to let you know for weeks – my drive into the parking lot before work is a big smile. Not a bad way to start the day at 11 Keewaydin Drive!

On behalf of The Community Group, I wanted to extend appreciation for the high quality work done to 20 Ballard Way, the site of new facilities to which one of our education programs will relocate in the near future. Your crew came through for us on a job that had to be done well and on time!

Please extend our thanks to your entire crew, which was prompt with the work and worked 7 days a week to meet our incredibly tight dealine. They completed the job ahead of schedule and the quality of work was fantastic. As a growing organization that is launching several new programs this fall, including 2 new charter schools, this has been a tremendous asset to us.

I just wanted to send an email to say thank you for you hospitality yesterday, we all had a great time at your event. The golf was great, 1st time golfing at Brookstone but definitely not the last.

Festival of Trees takes root for a 16th season.  The festival attracts 25,000 visitors and helps raise money to preserve not only Methuen’s heritage and monuments, but also historical monuments of importance in surrounding communities.  The festival is held at Valley Office Park, 13 Branch Street in Methuen, MA.

On behalf of the Massachusetts Highway Department and the Jacobs Engineering team, thank you for arranging to have the Methuen Rotary Project Advisory Committee meeting at your facility at 5 Branch Street…the room was perfect and the refreshments were much appreciated.  Again, thank you…we recognize and appreciate the time and trouble it takes to set up for an event such as this.

I just wanted to take a moment and say a big THANK YOU to you and your staff for their response to our needs at Exeter Dialysis (1 Hampton Rd Building, Exeter, NH) during the recent storms. The snow removal was excellent! The staff commented to me about how great it was to have such excellent service, particularly where we start seeing patients very early in the morning. Our patients have also been impressed with the snow removal so far this season.

Again, thanks for helping us out by getting the crews there early in the morning to take care of the snow. Please extend our best Holiday Wishes to your staff and yourself from all of us.
